Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments Proficient in Noteable. Valid license as a Licensed Practical Clinician or equivalent in Virginia. Experience working with a diverse population. Knowledge of substance use assessments. Ability to work effectively with individuals with substance use disorders, disabilities or developmental challenges. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients and staff.
