Full Job Description Job Overview:
Are you a fully licensed behavioral therapist looking for a flexible and supportive work environment? We are seeking dedicated professionals in Connecticut to join our team, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. This position involves working with individuals to address behavioral issues and promote mental wellness.
Position Details:
Spanish speaking is preferred at this time.
Job Type:
1099 Contractor W2 Option available once case load is 15 billable hours per week
Location:
Connecticut (Hybrid Options Available)
Schedule:
Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs Duties
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
  • Monitor and document clients' progress throughout treatment
  • Utilize behavioral modification techniques to support positive behavior changes Experience
  • Previous experience in counseling preferred
  • Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies
  • Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations for behavioral health disorders
  • Strong background in social work with a focus on behavioral therapy
