Job Description
About Us We are a growing outpatient mental health clinic in Jonesboro, Arkansas providing high-quality, evidence-based care to individuals and families. Our clinical work focuses on treating anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, substance use disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions. We are seeking an experienced and clinically skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and contribute to a collaborative, outcomes-focused treatment environment. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing) Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Manage a diverse caseload including clients with complex mental health and substance use presentations Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically sound documentation in the EHR Collaborate with psychiatrists, providers, and clinical team members to coordinate care Participate in case consultations and treatment planning discussions Support clients in achieving measurable progress toward recovery and wellness goals
Qualifications Required:
Active LPC or LCSW license in the state of Arkansas Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Experience providing outpatient mental health counseling
Preferred:
