Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC)/Mental Health Therapist/Licensed Social Worker (LSW/LISW)

Empowered Healing is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC) or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) to join our supportive and collaborative team of therapists in a W-2 employee position. This is a hybrid position. This position operates on a fee-for-service basis and does not include a fixed salary. Description At Empowered Healing, therapists are supported in ways that help reduce administrative demands and allow them to focus more fully on client care.

Supports include:

Consistent referrals to help maintain a stable caseload Full administrative support , including scheduling and client coordination Insurance credentialing and billing management Claims follow-up and insurance communication Electronic health record system Clinical consultation and collaboration within a supportive team Leadership that values ethical care, therapist support, and professional growth Benefits We offer a benefits package designed to support therapists both professionally and personally: ICHRA medical contribution 100% company-paid dental and vision insurance Generous PTO 6 paid holidays 401(k) with a 4% company match (A no‑benefits, higher‑wage model is available for those who prefer greater financial flexibility) What Your Week Will Look Like Providing individual therapy sessions to a caseload of approximately 22-25 clients per week Completing clinical documentation within the EHR Collaborating with colleagues for consultation when helpful Maintaining ethical and professional standards of care Qualifications Licensed in Ohio as an LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW Previous private practice experience is a bonus, but not required Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain timely documentation Interest in working in a collaborative team environment About Empowered Healing Empowered Healing is a group private practice committed to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care while also creating a professional and supportive environment for therapists.
