Requirements:
Must be a fully licensed counselor in the state of Wisconsin (WI)- LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PhD/PsyD Must have completed a Master's or Doctoral Degree Be available and willing to participate in weekly consultation Work collaboratively with team members Will need liability insurance certification Will be paid as an independent contractor
Duties:
Conduct individual/couples/family/group counseling sessions with clients of all ages to assess their mental health needs and develop treatment plans. Utilize various therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), play/art therapy to help clients address their emotional and psychological needs. Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of counseling interventions and make adjustments as needed. Collaborate with other team members and/or other mental health providers, doctors, psychiatrists/psychologists, etc. to maintain continuity of care of client. Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of counseling to ensure the provision of evidence-based practices. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards. Including staying up to date with session documentation and/or client contact notes.
