Youth Positive Impact Coaching (YPIC), founded in Dallas in 2022, offers holistic mental health and family support services. YPIC provides behavioral health care tailored to children, youth, and individuals facing trauma or autism, in collaboration with mental health systems and insurers. The organization's child welfare services focus on family preservation, crisis support, and permanency processes. YPIC is dedicated to empowering youth and families through comprehensive, community-centered care. Position Overview The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) provides therapeutic services to clients dealing with various mental health issues, emotional challenges, and behavioral concerns. The LPC utilizes counseling techniques, therapeutic models, and interventions to help clients achieve personal growth, manage mental health conditions, and improve overall well-being. Role Description This is a part-time
CONTRACT
role for a Licensed Professional Counselor at Youth Positive Impact Coaching. The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to children, youth, and individuals facing trauma or autism. Daily tasks include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care. Qualifications Experience in providing counseling services to children, youth, and individuals facing trauma or autism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans Understanding of mental health systems and regulations Master's degree in Counseling or related field Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas •
