Position Overview The Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) provides therapeutic services to clients dealing with various mental health issues, emotional challenges, and behavioral concerns. The LPC utilizes counseling techniques, therapeutic models, and interventions to help clients achieve personal growth, manage mental health conditions, and improve overall well-being. CONTRACT

role for a Licensed Professional Counselor at Youth Positive Impact Coaching. The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to children, youth, and individuals facing trauma or autism. Daily tasks include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other mental health professionals to ensure holistic care. Qualifications Experience in providing counseling services to children, youth, and individuals facing trauma or autism Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans Understanding of mental health systems and regulations Master's degree in Counseling or related field Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas •
