Hybrid/Remote Part-Time Bright Achievements is seeking compassionate and skilled clinicians to join our New Jersey team. We welcome Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs). This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality clinical care while growing your professional experience in a supportive environment. Job Description As a clinician at Bright Achievements, you will provide evidence-based mental health services to children, adolescents, and families. This role includes working directly with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), specifically Level 1, within a school-based setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, support behavioral and emotional goals, and monitor client progress. Clinicians will engage with families, schools, and other providers to ensure continuity of care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards. This position is ideal for clinicians seeking professional growth, including those with Licensed Associate Counselors (LAC) who will receive supervision, as well as fully licensed LPCs seeking to expand their experience within a dynamic clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and family counseling sessions in school-based, clinic, and community settings Deliver counseling services to children with ASD Level 1, supporting social, emotional, and behavioral development Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices Document clinical sessions and maintain accurate client records in compliance with HIPAA Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including school staff, to ensure continuity of care Participate in ongoing supervision and professional development Support families, clients, and external stakeholders in achieving treatment goals
Qualifications:
Fully Licensed LPC in New Jersey Master's degree in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health, or related field Experience or interest in working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), particularly Level 1 Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical care Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
