Better You Counseling is built for clinicians who want the flexibility of private practice without the administrative grind — you focus on the clinical work, and we handle everything else. Requirements:

A mental health license in one of the following: Independently licensed — LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD (practice without supervision), or LPC Associate (LPC-A) — working toward full licensure under supervision (we supervise in-house) Experience counseling adults, couples, and/or teens Professional liability insurance A private, professional space for sessions and a reliable laptop Currently residing in the U.S. Other certifications alone do not qualify (e.g., substance abuse, school, career, or Christian counseling; business coaching; RN) unless paired with a qualifying mental health license.
