Job Description
Job Overview Solid Foundations is an environment of peace and calm. We have student interns, associate counselors, fully licensed clinicians, and a Psychiatric PA on board. We are hoping to find another fully licensed provider to join our caring environment where the welfare of our clients is the motivation behind all of our decisions. Solid Foundations, est. in 2017, is founded on the Christian values where we want to be the hands of feet of Jesus without judgment and ridicule. This is a place of healing for the mind, body, and soul. We also understand there is a lot of religious trauma out there and we have a desire to help heal the wounds other "Christians" may have created in others. If this sounds like a mission you would like to be a part of, please send us your resume! In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive psychotherapy and clinical support to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Your expertise will help individuals navigate mental health challenges, manage behavioral issues, and improve overall well-being. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives through evidence-based practices and innovative therapeutic approaches. You will work in a collaborative environment that values your professional growth and commitment to patient care. Responsibilities Conduct thorough intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning using ICD-10 coding standards. Deliver individual, group, family, and crisis intervention therapy utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance therapy, and applied behavior analysis. Implement specialized counseling techniques for populations with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, grief, addiction issues, chronic pain, and geriatrics. Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling sessions while maintaining HIPAA compliance and secure medical documentation practices. Manage case documentation including medical records, progress notes, treatment plans, and behavioral health reports with accuracy and adherence to HIPAA regulations. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for case management, patient assessment, and behavioral health support within inpatient or outpatient settings. Apply crisis management skills to handle urgent situations effectively while ensuring safety protocols are followed. Qualifications Valid licensure as an LPC or LCSW with demonstrated experience in clinical counseling or social work. Proven expertise in psychotherapy techniques such as motivational interviewing, behavioral therapy, psychopharmacology coordination, and grief counseling. Experience working with children & family counseling, pediatrics, special education populations, or individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. Familiarity with ICD coding systems (ICD-10/ICD-9), CPT coding for billing purposes, and medical terminology. Strong skills in crisis intervention, behavior management, trauma-informed care including PTSD care strategies. Experience with telehealth platforms and providing remote mental health services is advantageous. Ability to work effectively in outpatient setting within behavioral health or medical clinics. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and medical records management. Join us to be part of a passionate team committed to delivering exceptional mental health care through innovative therapies and compassionate support. We value your expertise in clinical research, social work principles, and evidence-based practices that foster healing and resilience across diverse populations.
