Job Summary Prairie Path Counseling & Wellness is hiring licensed and provisionally licensed therapists (LMHC, LMFT, LISW) to join our growing group practice in Ankeny, Iowa. We provide a steady stream of referrals, flexible scheduling, and full administrative support so you can focus on clinical work and building your caseload. This role is ideal for clinicians who want autonomy, a consistent caseload, and a supportive environment without the burden of managing billing, credentialing, or operations. What We Offer Steady referrals to help you build and maintain a full caseload Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time) Hybrid work options (in-office + telehealth) Administrative, billing, and credentialing support Weekly supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians Supportive, collaborative team environment Compensation Fully licensed clinicians: 65% of collected revenue Provisionally licensed clinicians: 55% of collected revenue Typical earnings range from $65,000-$100,000+ annually depending on caseload Annual CE stipend: $500 Advance pay option available during insurance billing lag Schedule & Caseload Typical full-time caseload: 20-25 clients per week Flexible scheduling based on your availability 1-2 days per week in-office preferred Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions in-person and/or via telehealth Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (TherapyNotes EHR) Collaborate with colleagues as needed for consultation and support Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Licensed or provisionally licensed in Iowa (LMHC, LMFT, LISW, or equivalent) Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload Commitment to ethical, client-centered care About Prairie Path Counseling & Wellness Prairie Path Counseling & Wellness is a client-centered group practice focused on helping clients thrive while supporting clinicians with the structure and resources needed for long-term success.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $108,000.00 per year
