Job Description

Private practice looking for a licensed, experienced, confident, and dedicated professional to join the team. The therapist will be required to provide professional counseling services, keep accurate and appropriate documentation, and create treatment plans. This is a low-stress, low-pressure position.
Responsibilities:
Counsel and provide intervention to clients on a variety of mental health issues. In a private practice setting. Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, maintain confidentiality. Develop plans for individuals and families to attain their desired goals. Work with case managers to coordinate medical and mental health services. Assess and diagnose the psychosocial needs of clients and families through intake interviews. Maintain up to date and accurate case records.
