Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, licensed clinician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is independent, solutions-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality care. In this role, you will support clients in developing and implementing effective treatment strategies while contributing to overall program success. Key Responsibilities Provide ethical, culturally responsive clinical counseling in compliance with Maryland and Washington, DC standards Conduct mental health intakes, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver outpatient therapy services to children, adults, families, and couples (individual and group settings) Maintain an active caseload and complete timely documentation Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff Connect clients and families to appropriate community resources Conduct diagnostic assessments, including community-based and crisis follow-ups Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field Active Maryland license (LICSW) required (DC and Virginia licenses preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Effective time management and organizational skills Schedule & Work Environment Contract (Full-time opportunities may be available) 5-15 hours per week Flexible scheduling: day, evening, or night shifts Monday-Friday availability Remote / Hybrid (Laurel, MD 20708) Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay, Open to Negotiate!
