Oak Point Counseling, PLLC is a thriving group practice with offices in both Buffalo Grove and Gurnee, IL. We are a friendly, collaborative group that love what we do. As a seasoned team, we serve children up to older adults through individual, couples, group and family therapy. We work remotely and/or in-person using a HIPAA-secure platform and accessible EHR. Experience working with couples and/or children is a plus Responsibilities include: Perform clinical counseling services to clients of Oak Point Counseling Scheduling according to your availability - some in-person and weekday evening or Saturdays required, this is a full time position. Evening is defined as 4-8pm. Coordinate with client's treatment team as needed (doctor, school counselor, etc.) Complete client records such as intake assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, etc. in a timely manner Attend regularly scheduled monthly staff meetings for case consultation Follow practice policies, procedures, and licensure code of ethics Experience and interest in working with children and/or couples a plus
