About Sakura Center Our mission at Sakura Center is to support children, teens, adults, and families as they blossom, grow, and thrive through neuropsychological assessment and compassionate therapy. Your clients will feel truly heard and understood, and you'll be contributing to a collaborative, culturally sensitive practice rooted in Hawaiʻi's ʻohana values. Role Overview Join us as we expand our therapy services to meet growing need in the local community. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys independent work while benefiting from a culture of shared consultation and supporting trainee development. Responsibilities Provide evidence-based therapy to children, teens, adults, couples, and families Develop and update individualized treatment plans Maintain accurate, timely records in our EHR Participate in team consultation and supervise or mentor trainees (optional) Collaborate with assessment-focused colleagues and integrate care plans Culture & Values Compassionate, client-centered care with sensitivity to local cultural dynamics and diverse needs Holistic approach, combining assessment expertise with therapeutic support Mentorship & growth mindset—trainee-friendly environment with postdocs and doctoral students in training Friendly, collaborative team rooted in shared values of respect, aloha spirit, and community impact Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in a mental health discipline Current Hawaiʻi licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD), or license-eligible Excellent communication, strong clinical judgment, and ability to collaborate Clients with diverse backgrounds—cultural humility and inclusivity valued EHR experience preferred, willingness to mentor trainees a plus Why Join the Team?
