This role is designed for clinicians who want a consistent caseload and predictable income without the administrative burden of running their own practice. Clinicians are paid for every session they hold, regardless of insurance reimbursement outcomes, creating a stable and reliable compensation model. In addition to session pay, clinicians are compensated for required team meetings at the same per-session rate. We also offer a time off stipend, recognizing the importance of rest and balance.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a caseload of at least 25 clients per week. Complete intake assessments, treatment plans, treatment plan reviews/updates in a timely manner on the Electronic Health Record (EHR). Provide therapy/counseling sessions to assigned clients weekly, or as often as medically necessary. Complete and sign case notes in EHR weekly. Perform case management duties for clients assigned to caseload (schedule sessions, maintain communication with clients, communicate with third parties as needed, maintain/update forms in EHR). Maintain confidentiality as defined by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). Attend scheduled team meetings. Attend scheduled meetings with clinical supervisor.
