Job Description

At Be Still, we've built a group practice where therapists can do meaningful work, grow professionally, and feel supported by a team that genuinely cares about one another. We are a holistic, Christian practice specializing in serving women and girls in Cary and throughout North Carolina. That's why we've intentionally created a practice where therapists are supported, encouraged, and equipped to focus on excellent clinical care. While our team handles scheduling, billing, insurance, marketing, and client onboarding, clinicians can focus their attention on helping women and girls heal, grow, and thrive.
Your role:
Provide individual therapy to women and girls (we'd love to add couples and family therapy) Maintain a caseload of 26 sessions per week (full-time) and 18 sessions per week (part-time) Hybrid model: a mix of in-person (Cary, NC) and telehealth Collaborate with colleagues through consultation and training Participate in case collaboration, supervision, and professional development We work with you to develop a schedule that works for you and clients alike.
Compensation & Benefits:

We support the development of an independent identity rooted in intrinsic value and worth, while helping individuals identify their core values and live in alignment with them. Our practice will include an integrative team of Counselors, Mindfulness Teachers, Medication Prescribers, Dieticians, Functional Pharmacists, Neurofeedback Practitioners, Spiritual Directors, Trauma-informed Yoga instructors, etc.
