Duties Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-10 coding systems to establish individualized treatment plans. Deliver psychotherapy approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, yoga, dance therapy, and/or applied behavior analysis tailored to patient needs. Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management techniques to ensure patient safety during emergencies. Provide high-quality individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy services. Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical documentation and accurate medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on case management efforts and coordinate patient care plans for optimal outcomes. Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to expand access to mental health services while adhering to clinical best practices. Qualifications Current licensure as a Psychologist, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or PLPC (Provisional Licensed Professional Counselor). Proven experience providing psychotherapy services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and/or families. Demonstrated competency preferred in treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and/or other evidence-based approaches. Strong skills in crisis management, crisis intervention, and/or behavior management. Familiarity with ICD coding systems (CD-10) for diagnostic purposes and medical terminology related to mental health care. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and experience maintaining detailed medical records in compliance with privacy standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct intake assessments and patient evaluations effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in outpatient setting.
