Job Description

Job Summary:
Burlington Counseling Center, LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Clinician to join our growing private mental health practice. The ideal candidate is a licensed therapist who enjoys working with children and adolescents and is committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers the flexibility to work from home via telehealth and conduct in-person sessions at our welcoming office space. You should be able to focus on doing what you do best, providing great clinical care, we take care of the rest!
Responsibilities:
Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to a diverse client population. Maintain a consistent caseload of around 20 clients per week (as agreed upon). Complete clinical documentation, including intake assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans, in a timely manner. Participate in supervision, and occasional team meetings. Collaborate with other providers as needed to ensure coordinated care. Maintain ethical and legal standards in compliance with state licensing board requirements and HIPAA.
Qualifications:
Required Licensure:
LCSW, LPC, LMFT
(fully licensed in CT) (Associate-level clinicians may be considered.) Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years clinical experience preferred. Strong clinical skills and a willingness to work with diverse populations. Reliable, organized, and able to work independently. Interest in working within a private practice setting and contributing to a team culture. Experience with psychotherapy and crisis intervention. Minimum of 2-3 evenings required and 1 weekend half day, providing in-person sessions in both our locations (Burlington and Harwinton).
