Job Description
Bay Area CBT Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate licensed therapist to join our growing team. We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing evidence-based, trauma-informed care and who enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary practice. In this hybrid role, you will provide psychotherapy services both in person at our San Francisco office and remotely via telehealth. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population while developing expertise in innovative and effective treatment approaches. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families. Utilize treatment approaches that align with your training and expertise, such as CBT, ACT, EMDR, ERP, somatic therapies, Prolonged Exposure, ART, and other evidence-based modalities. Support clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other mental health challenges. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and ethical standards. Collaborate with fellow clinicians and participate in case consultation as needed. Provide therapy services through both in-person and telehealth formats. Uphold client confidentiality and maintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable California regulations. Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and innovation. Qualifications We welcome applications from licensed California clinicians, including: Psychologists (PhD/PsyD) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC) Ideal candidates will: Reside in California and maintain an active California license in good standing. Be available to provide in-person services at our San Francisco office at least two days per week. Have experience in at least two of the following areas: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) EMDR Therapy Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Somatic Therapy Prolonged Exposure Therapy Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy ADHD Assessments Couples Therapy Sex Therapy Demonstrate strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
