This position is ideal for a therapist looking for the flexibility of private practice with the support of an established group practice. We are looking for someone who values quality clinical care, enjoys collaborating with colleagues, and wants the freedom to build a caseload while receiving administrative support behind the scenes. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and/or couples counseling services Complete assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Maintain timely and accurate records Provide services in-office and through telehealth Collaborate with referral sources and treatment teams as appropriate Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice Qualifications Active Texas license as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW Fully licensed clinician Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Professional liability insurance Ability to meet credentialing and background screening requirements Preferred Experience Trauma-informed treatment Anxiety, depression, and mood disorders EMDR, CBT, DBT, IFS, or other evidence-based treatment approaches What We Offer Flexible scheduling Hybrid work environment Administrative support EHR and billing support Referral opportunities Collaborative practice environment Autonomy in managing your caseload Work Location In-person services in Allen, Texas Telehealth services throughout Texas Why Makini Counseling?
