• Hybrid | 1099 We are a growing outpatient mental health practice based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, seeking a part-time therapist to join our team in a hybrid role providing a mix of telehealth and limited in-person sessions.

This position is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, autonomy, and sustainable caseload growth within a supportive private practice environment. Position Details Part-time independent contractor (1099) position Hybrid role (telehealth + limited in-person sessions in Ann Arbor) Starting caseload of approximately 5-10 client sessions per week Opportunity to increase sessions over time based on fit and availability Outpatient psychotherapy setting Primarily insurance-based practice Flexible scheduling Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adults Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice Coordinate care as clinically appropriate Utilize telehealth platforms effectively

Qualifications Required:

Active Michigan license as one of the following: LPC LMSW-Clinical Eligible to practice in Michigan Comfortable providing telehealth services Strong clinical documentation skills

Preferred:

Outpatient or private practice experience Interest in long-term professional growth Experience working with anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, or life transitions Compensation Competitive session-based compensation ranging approximately from $65
