• Provide therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care
• Complete timely and ethical clinical documentation
• Conduct assessments, interventions, and crisis support as needed
• Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice Ideal Clinician

• Comfortable working independently while still valuing collaboration Qualifications
• Master's degree in Counseling
• Arizona Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Minimum 6 months-1 year post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Trauma-informed training a plus or willingness to acquire training soon
• EMDR and trauma training a plus
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus What We Provide
