Premier Insight Counseling is a boutique private practice looking for mature, grounded, and compassionate clinicians who want to do meaningful clinical work, maintain professional autonomy, and have the freedom to see clients and go home. We are a clinician-centered and client-centered practice that values professionalism, emotional maturity, reliability, and evidence-based care. We respect clinicians as professionals and provide the infrastructure needed so you can focus on quality care instead of unnecessary bureaucracy. What You'll Do
- Provide therapy for adolescents, adults, and couples
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care
- Complete timely and ethical clinical documentation
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and crisis support as needed
- Maintain professional and ethical standards of practice Ideal Clinician
- Emotionally mature and clinically grounded
- Reliable, professional, and self-directed
- Compassionate without needing micromanagement
- Interested in long-term professional growth
- Comfortable working independently while still valuing collaboration Qualifications
- Master's degree in Counseling
- Arizona Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Minimum 6 months-1 year post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Trauma-informed training a plus or willingness to acquire training soon
- EMDR and trauma training a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus What We Provide
