Qualifications:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Must hold or be eligible for licensure in West Virginia Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Passion for helping individuals and families heal and grow Experience working with children, families, trauma, or community-based services is a plus
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual, family, and group counseling sessions via telehealth and in-person formats, tailoring approaches to developmental levels and trauma histories. Perform comprehensive client assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress in HIPAA-compliant records. Utilize evidence-based modalities (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention) and behavioral health strategies to reduce symptoms and improve functioning.
