Telehealth therapy Social Work Full Job Description Meaningful Trauma Work. Exceptional Clinical Support. At Loving Circle Counseling, we believe therapists do their best work when they feel supported, respected, and free to focus on exceptional client care. We are a thriving, highly specialized trauma therapy practice dedicated to helping both clients and clinicians thrive. We specialize in trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, attachment wounds, dissociation, parts work, and EMDR-informed therapy delivered by warm, highly trained clinicians. Our reputation for compassionate, high-quality trauma treatment has created a consistent flow of referrals from clients seeking meaningful, long-term healing. Our administrative team manages referrals, scheduling, billing, insurance coordination, credentialing, and marketing so you can devote your energy to clinical work—not paperwork, insurance hassles, or practice management. We intentionally remain a small, collaborative practice because we believe clinicians thrive when they're supported, respected, and genuinely connected to their team. We prioritize quality over volume and are looking for clinicians who are passionate about trauma work, ethical practice, and long-term professional growth. Why Experienced Clinicians Choose Loving Circle We know experienced therapists aren't simply looking for another counseling job—they're looking for a practice where they can build a sustainable, fulfilling career while doing meaningful clinical work. At Loving Circle Counseling, you'll enjoy: ✔ A strong, consistent referral base so you can build and maintain a healthy caseload. ✔ Autonomy over your schedule, availability, and preferred clinical populations. ✔ The stability of W-2 employment with the flexibility clinicians value most. ✔ A collaborative, non-micromanaging culture built on trust, respect, and clinical excellence. ✔ Access to EMDRIA Approved Consultation, trauma-focused mentorship, and ongoing professional development within a practice deeply committed to exceptional trauma care. ✔ A team that genuinely enjoys supporting one another through optional consultation, collaboration, and shared learning. ✔ Beautiful, modern office space in the Birmingham / Bloomfield Township area with a flexible hybrid schedule. Compensation & Benefits Expected annual earnings of $80,000-$110,000+ , depending on experience, schedule, and caseload. Strong referral flow supported by ongoing marketing. Employee-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance options. Section 125 pre-tax benefits plan. Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Employee-contributed IRA retirement option. Earned sick time in accordance with Michigan law. Hybrid in-person and telehealth flexibility. Administrative support for scheduling, billing, insurance, credentialing, and client referrals. What You'll Do Provide psychotherapy to individuals and/or couples using trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches. Build meaningful therapeutic relationships rooted in compassion and authenticity. Collaboratively develop and update treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation. Participate in optional consultation and continuing education opportunities. Uphold Loving Circle Counseling's commitment to ethical, inclusive, client-centered care. QualificationsRequired Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Active Michigan LPC, LMSW, LMFT, or LP license. Minimum of 2 years of psychotherapy experience strongly preferred. Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, inclusive care. Preferred Training in EMDR, IFS, or other trauma-focused approaches. EMDR-trained clinicians are strongly encouraged to apply.
