The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to individuals, including those with anxiety, depression and other behavioral health concerns. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to utilize various therapeutic techniques, including motivational interviewing and clinical counseling. The Therapist will work in a clinic setting, offering both in-person and telehealth sessions to accommodate the diverse needs of our clients. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' mental health needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client assessments. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage clients effectively. Provide clinical counseling services, focusing on behavior management and coping strategies. Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, fostering a supportive environment for participants. Stay informed about best practices in mental health treatment and participate in ongoing professional development. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Valid state licensure as a therapist or counselor (LCSW, LICSW, etc.). Experience in providing telehealth services is preferred but not required. Strong skills in behavior management and patient care techniques. Familiarity with diagnostic evaluation processes and treatment planning. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
