LMFT, LCSW Needed for Full Time and Part Time Role

As we continue to grow, we are expanding into the Inland Empire and Orange County and are seeking dedicated clinicians to join our team. Position Overview We are currently hiring licensed therapists (LMFT, LCSW) who are passionate about providing high-quality care. At ACT Family Counseling, your focus remains on your clients—we take care of the rest. Full-time:

32 client hours per week

Part-time:

20+ client hours per week We provide clients and actively support building your caseload Qualifications Active California license (LMFT, LCSW) Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Private practice experience is not required—training is provided Preferred (Not Required) Experience working with insurance-based or private-pay clients Specialized training or interest in areas such as trauma-focused therapy, play therapy, EMDR, couples therapy, or Internal Family Systems (IFS) Compensation & Benefits Full-time salary starting at $100,000+, based on 32 client hours per week plus administrative time Paid Time Off (PTO) Employer-sponsored benefits, including: Medical (with HSA options) Dental and vision Disability coverage Retirement plan participation Additional Information The anticipated start date is approximately 4-6 weeks after receipt of completed onboarding paperwork to allow for insurance credentialing.
