Job Description
Looking for clinicians for 20 + hours per week
- In Person, Hybrid or Telehealth options (Must be willing to see some children as part of your caseload)
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual counseling sessions to clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
- Offer crisis intervention services to clients in urgent situations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Implement crisis management strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in high-stress situations.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid license as a LCSW, LICSW or LMHC
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and their families.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coding and documentation requirements for billing purposes.
- Embrace a compassionate and caring approach towards client care, while maintaining professional boundaries.
