Conscious Connections of Southwest Michigan is a new and upcoming Private Practice located in the Otsego area. Conscious Connections is currently looking for full-time, part-time, and remote clinicians. Conscious Connections believes the key to effective therapy is the purposeful and intentional connection we build with our clients. We also believe the clients should have the opportunity to access quality medication management in a timely manner, despite the type of insurance they carry. That is why Conscious Connections has partnered with Compassionate Primary Care Services, a primary care office located on site to provide both primary care services and medication management to our clients.

Job Description Job Type:

Full-Time (15-20 clients a week), Part-Time (10-14 clients a week), or Remote (minimum of 7 clients a week) Contracted Position (1099 and individuals are responsible for filing their own taxes) 70/30 split Position Requirements LMSW, LLMSW, or LPC in the State of Michigan, in good standing Carry your own liability insurance Ability to document and provide assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes Ability to work independently and efficient team Why Choose Conscious Connections?

Autonomy:

Ability to practice independently and build the practice you desire. You are in full control of your client relationships and brand.

Referrals:

Ability to refer "in house" for medication management and primary care services

Telehealth:

EMR system supports remote engagement with clients.

Flexibility:

Set your own schedule and hours depending on the type of position you apply for (full, part or remote).

Office space:

Pay:

$56,000.00 - $102,000.00 per year
