is a rapidly growing outpatient mental health practice seeking Licensed Therapists (LPC or LICSW) to join our team. We currently have a high demand for therapy services and are looking for clinicians ready to start seeing clients immediately. About the Role Provide therapy services to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 6-21) while collaborating with a Board-Certified PMHNP to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care. What You'll Treat ADHD Anxiety Depression Behavioral challenges Trauma-related concerns Responsibilities Provide individual therapy (telehealth and/or in-person) Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) Maintain accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with PMHNP for integrated care Qualifications Active, unrestricted Alabama license

REQUIRED

(LPC or LICSW) Experience with children and adolescents preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Ability to work independently and hybrid
