Job Description

LPC-Associate (1099 Contractor)Anxiety, OCD & Teen Therapy Focus Virtual, In-Person, or Hybrid | Cedar Park, TX + Telehealth Across Texas Laurel Oaks Counseling & Therapy is seeking a motivated LPC-Associate to join a growing private-pay practice serving teens and adults throughout Texas. This position is ideal for an associate looking to build a caseload gradually while maintaining flexibility, autonomy, and work-life balance. Associates are welcome to maintain outside employment, additional contract work, or a separate private-pay caseload while building with Laurel Oaks. Compensation 50/50 split Private-pay clients Referrals provided No insurance credentialing required Schedule & Flexibility Part-time, 1-25 hours per week Create your own schedule Choose your own caseload size Fully virtual, in-person, or hybrid Optional office space available in Cedar Park No minimum caseload requirements Build your caseload at a pace that aligns with your goals and availability Clinical Focus Laurel Oaks Counseling primarily serves adolescents and adults experiencing: Anxiety and panic OCD and intrusive thoughts Depression Stress and burnout Life transitions Emotional dysregulation Relationship concerns Preference will be given to clinicians with experience or interest in:
CBT DBT ERP ACT
Exposure-based interventions Anxiety and OCD treatment Experience working with teens is preferred but not required.
