ASCENDING PARTNERS LLC - HIRING LPC / LCSW

/ LMHP and CSAC Ascending Partners LLC is a new Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Substance Abuse Treatment Center seeking talented, patient, and motivated clinicians who want flexibility and room to grow with us.

Pay:

Starting at $40/hour Room to grow This is a primarily remote, flexible position. Clinicians will complete assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and documentation from the comfort of their home. Office presence is only required occasionally for: Supervising CSAC staff during groups Clinical supervision meetings Leadership/program meetings Ensuring program compliance alongside company leadership

Responsibilities:

Complete biopsychosocial assessments Complete ASAM assessments Establish DSM-5 diagnoses Complete treatment plans and documentation Review/correct CSAC documentation Provide clinical supervision and oversight Work with leadership to maintain

DMAS/DBHDS

Requirements:

Active Virginia LPC, LCSW, or LMHP license Must maintain professional and ethical standards Experience with substance abuse treatment preferred

Pay:

$25/hour Room to grow

Responsibilities:

Facilitate substance abuse groups Complete case management services Assist with ISPs/treatment planning Complete progress notes/documentation Assist clients with community resources and recovery goals Communicate with

LPC/LCSW/LMHP

regarding client concerns
