Our model integrates evidence-based trauma treatment with nervous system regulation, mindfulness, somatic awareness, expressive therapies, relational healing, and long-term growth-focused care. We are expanding into multiple states and are seeking compassionate, grounded, highly self-aware clinicians who value depth work, collaboration, and integrative trauma recovery.

We Are Seeking Clinicians With Experience In:

Trauma & Complex

PTSD EMDR DBT

Somatic/Nervous System Approaches Couples & Family Therapy Grief & Loss Domestic Violence Recovery Addiction & Recovery Parts Work / IFS-Informed Approaches Inner child Mindfulness-Based Therapies Expressive Arts / Creative Therapies Spiritual Integration Attachment & Relational Trauma Yoga/Movement/exercise for mental health Gut Health/Nutrition for mental health Position Details Part-time W-2 position Fully remote telehealth Flexible self-scheduling Consistent referrals provided Insurance-based practice Must be licensed in your practicing state Must host or facilitate a group based on program/business needs Compensation Structure $60-$80 per billable hour Compensation is based on: Licensure Trauma specializations Clinical experience availability Support & Growth Opportunities We provide: Client referrals Marketing Billing & administrative support Insurance credentialing Paid multi-state licensure as needed EHR & telehealth systems Advanced trauma training opportunities Certification sponsorship Opportunities to assist with groups, programs, and retreats Benefits Eligibility Benefits are available for eligible full-time employees following a 90-day review period. Full-time status is defined as maintaining an average of 35+ billable clinical hours weekly during quarterly review periods.
