Position Summary Master's level Mental Health Counselor / Clinician at Wellsprings Wellness provide a continuum of outreach and services to individuals, children, adults, and families. These professionals will work in multiple settings to include in office, or via telemedicine to provide comprehensive mental health services. They will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience as they work with our professional and innovative clinical team. Our team provides clients with a full range of mental health services to include psychiatric, medication management, counseling services (individual, couples, family, groups), and targeted case management services. Our agency employs on-site psychiatric practitioners to provide collaborative care. Education & Licensing Requirements Master's level degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a Master's degree with a concentration in one of the areas of Counseling such as: Mental Health Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, or Rehabilitation Counseling required.

Duties & Responsibilities Lead individual, family, couples, and group therapy Conduct client intake sessions Facilitate crisis intervention Participate in multidisciplinary teams to present cases for proper treatment Collaborate with Psychiatric practitioners to provide a high quality of care Attend regularly scheduled in-service training Experience & Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as a member of a team is a requirement Ability to demonstrate an understanding of patient needs when devising and implementing treatment Strong work ethic is a requirement Ability to identify problem behaviors, provide advice and track development effectively Benefits of Working at Wellsprings...
