We are a private group practice looking to add talented clinicians to work with our Child and Adolescent populations. We have flexible part time positions available with the option to moving into a full-time salaried position as your caseload builds. We want therapists to have the freedom to choose their hours and have a health work/life balance routine. This position is in person at our Brockton office. There is a minimum of 12 clinical hours per week. This is a well-paid W-2 position in an organization that offers PTO, clinical support and mentoring from our team. WHAT WE REQUIRE

All applicants have their masters degrees or Doctoral Degree in counseling or social work and are license eligible (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts. All applicants can pass appropriate background checks All applicants have access to a private location to conduct teletherapy sessions and ensure HIPAA compliance in addition to having steady and reliable internet service All applicants have strong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills All applicants are required to use our EMR (electronic medical record) is required for all documentation and telehealth needs
