Mental Health Clinician Rooted Mental Health Salem, OR Job Details Part-time | Full-time | Contract 2 hours ago Benefits Free parking Flexible schedule Qualifications Spanish Interpersonal skills Licensed Clinical Social Worker Client file management Care documentation Clinical case management notes CMS regulatory compliance Psychology Working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds Working with individuals with mental health conditions Social Work Clinical documentation standards Working with individuals from underserved communities Cultural diversity counseling Therapy progress note documentation Full Job Description Job Summary Provide diagnostic assessments with differential diagnoses, develop person-centered individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, and families, with mental and emotional health difficulties, to improve their well-being and develop coping strategies. This involves individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions. Preference to bi-lingual (Spanish) candidates, and clinicians willing to see children, and couples/families. Compensation Starting 50% compensation of revenue made from all services provide. Licensed Clinicians will start at 60% compensation for all services. Responsibilities and Duties Diagnose and treat mental health disorders from a trauma-informed lens. Conduct bio-psycho-social-spiritual assessments of clients and complete regular updates to assessments per CMS and Oregon Medicaid guidelines. Create individualized treatment plans and conduct regular updates to treatment plans per CMS and Oregon Medicaid guidelines. Meet regularly with clients to provide treatment and counseling according to the treatment plan. Complete documentation in a timely manner per CMS and Oregon Medicaid guidelines, including records of client meetings, progress, and communication. Give and receive feedback and consultation in a brave space with your team members. Follow all agency policies and procedures. Follow all state and local policies and protocols regarding
COVID-19
safety guidance and other infection control measures. Maintain a caseload with an average of 20 billable hours per week for 48 weeks/year. Attend monthly staff meetings in Salem, OR. Qualifications Minimum of a Master's degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field from an accredited program. Licensed as a behavioral health provider in the State of Oregon, or on-track to licensure through your degree type's corresponding oversight board. For example, if you hold a Master's Degree in Social Work, you must have either a CSWA, QMHP, or LCSW. We provide support for recent graduates who are interested in beginning their licensure track. Willingness and comfort working with diverse populations, including individuals with mental illness, and experience in providing culturally-responsive care. Ability to complete all necessary client documentation within National CMS and Oregon OAR requirements. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks. Working Conditions In-Person, Telecommuting, and Hybrid options available. Benefits and Compensation A starting 50/50% split of all revenue, including client sessions, case management time, etc. with an additional differential for bilingual therapists and therapists who identify with marginalized populations as defined by OHA's Health Equity Initiative. A steady stream of referrals with a full caseload. Support with insurance credentialing and contracting. Options for working fully in-person at our newly remodeled office in downtown Salem, Oregon (with free parking!), hybrid, or fully-remote work. Flexible working hours- you make your own schedule. For pre-licensed clinicians, free clinical licensure supervision from an LCSW.
