The position requires providing individual, family and group therapy and other clinical services within the office and in field settings. Must have excellent client rapport, time management, computer, written and oral communication, and documentation/record keeping skills. Must be able to handle a large workload, work cohesively with other team members, adhere to deadlines and quality assurance reviews, and to follow the procedures and protocols of the Agency and the Department of Mental Health (DMH). Attendance at Agency meetings and supervision are required. Experience Must be able to conduct therapy sessions in the field (client's school, home, etc.) and in an office setting. Provides comprehensive and sound therapeutic client services virtually, in the field or in the office with clients and families. Location of services may vary based on Agency need. Maintains a full caseload, has previous mental health treatment experience, and maintains Agency productivity standards. Manages time, and cases effectively, completes paperwork, outcome measures, and other administrative tasks within deadlines. Adheres to deadlines, protocols, procedures, and guidelines. Attends supervision (individual and group), meetings, and events and be able to present within agency or in public. Team player and collaborates frequently with staff, supervisor, other organizations, contacts, etc. Must manage time and cases effectively and turn in paperwork by deadlines and/or according to Supervisor's directives. Candidates must be culturally competent and sensitive. This position requires learning and complying with Agency & DMH policies, procedures and ethical standards, HIPAA laws and guidelines, and the Professional Code of Ethics of the BBSE of the State of California. Must be able to collaborate with Agency staff, other organizations, or contacts; attend regular meetings and to present to the public.
Qualifications:
Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, Associate Clinical Social Worker or MFT Trainee with current Graduate School Paperwork/Contract Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong communication skills. 1+ years in mental health working with child and family clients preferred; DMH paperwork experience is a plus. Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Adobe PDF, Outlook, Google Drive, Internet, and other standard equipment. Must have a reliable vehicle, valid CA driver's license, and pass
DOJ/TB/HIPAA
clearances.
Pay:
$68,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
