This role ensures clients receive high-quality, evidence-based treatment while supporting best practices in prevention, intervention, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral health disorders. Candidates perform other duties as assigned and should possess skills that include the following but are not limited to: Duties Administers assessments under the supervision of a Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Provides weekly individual clinical supervision to QMHPs and QPPMHs. Ensures all services, including case management and service plan development, align with federal and state licensing regulations. Reviews and approves progress notes, individual service plans, quarterly reports, and discharge reports. Guides QMHPs/QPPMHs in crisis intervention, client engagement, and other strategies. Supports the MHSB and PSR programs as needed. Skills Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Work professionally under pressure in a team environment. Highly organized with keen attention to detail. Effective time management and interpersonal skills. Education Master's degree in counseling, master's degree in social work degree, or equivalent. Registered as a LMHP-R, LMHP-S, LPC, or LCSW in Virginia.
