POSITION OVERVIEW
Outpatient behavioral health role focused on screenings, assessments, diagnoses, and ongoing therapy Manageable caseload averaging approximately 5 patients daily Flexible hybrid structure with option to work remotely 1-2 days weekly Opportunity for clinical autonomy with experienced administrative and support staff Patient-centered outpatient environment designed to support quality care without burnout
COMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$65,000 - $80,000+ based on experience Annual quality and productivity bonus structure Student loan repayment eligibility up to $50,000 SCHEDULE Monday through Friday schedule 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends required No nights required No on-call responsibilities Hybrid remote flexibility available ROLE Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and diagnoses Provide ongoing outpatient therapy services Manage patient-centered treatment planning and documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health and support teams Support continuity of care and long-term patient outcomes
