Mental Health Clinician (LMHC - Licensing Track) W-2 | Fee-for-Service Colorful Resilience LLC - Massachusetts Colorful Resilience LLC is hiring Mental Health Clinicians on the LMHC licensing track to provide outpatient psychotherapy under a W-2, revenue-based (fee-for-service) model. This position is designed for clinicians who have completed their graduate degree, are actively pursuing LMHC licensure in Massachusetts, and are seeking a flexible, clinician-directed practice environment with structured in-house supervision. Job Type W-2 Employee Fee-for-service / revenue-based Full-time In-person, hybrid (Massachusetts), or virtual Compensation $70 per billable session Paid weekly

Caseload:

15-25 billable hours per week. No productivity quotas This position does not include traditional benefits at this time. Paid sick time is provided in accordance with Massachusetts law. Supervision & Licensure Expectations Weekly, in-house clinical supervision is required Supervision is provided by Colorful Resilience-approved supervisors Clinicians are expected to actively pursue LMHC licensure. The goal is for all clinicians to obtain independent licensure within three (3) years of employment Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation Participate in required supervision Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards of care Manage your own schedule and availability within practice guidelines Marketing your services and getting your own clients. Requirements Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field Eligible for LMHC licensure in Massachusetts Ability to practice under supervision Strong documentation and time-management skills Ability to work independently within a fee-for-service model Schedule & Flexibility Set your own schedule Work days, evenings, or a combination No required meetings beyond supervision and standard clinical operations This Position Is a
