We specialize in complex trauma, attachment wounds, and relational healing. We value clinicians who are passionate about trauma-informed, evidence-based care and who want to grow clinically within a collaborative practice. This position is ideal for a self-directed, trauma-informed clinician who values autonomy without isolation—someone who wants the flexibility of private practice alongside the support of a multi-therapist team. Position Overview We are seeking a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMFTI as well) or a Fully licensed clinician to provide face-to-face outpatient therapy (with optional telehealth), with availability at both our Suntree and Eau Gallie offices in Melbourne, FL. Must be willing to do face to face therapy in our office. What We Provide Fully furnished offices in Suntree & Eau Gallie Electronic Health Records (EHR) platform Administrative support (intake, scheduling, screening) Targeted marketing & referral support No-show & late-cancellation protection Insurance credentialing at no cost Ongoing training & continuing education (EMDR, DBT, IFS, EFT, Gottman, TF-CBT) Core Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments Diagnose and treat mental health conditions using

criteria Develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans Provide compassionate, ethical, evidence-based therapy Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed Collaborate with other clinicians in a supportive environment Uphold confidentiality and professional standards of care Required Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy Active, independent Florida license (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) or Registered Intern Minimum of 2 years experience working with trauma Willingness to work at least one evening per week Ability to maintain a 15-20 client caseload weekly •Desire to work with one or more of the following populations ( training can be provided): Couples/Families Kids ages 4 and up OCD /Anxiety Disorders Preferred (Not Required) Training or experience in EMDR, IFS, DBT, TF-CBT, EFT, or Gottman Method Schedule Part-Time (3 days a week) or Full-Time (4 days a week) In-person One late day required for client's needs Schedule determined collaboratively during interview process
