We're looking for compassionate, skilled Mental Health Therapists (licensed or pre-licensed) who are passionate about equity, inclusion, and holistic healing. (k) with company contribution Continuing education stipend A diverse, inclusive, and collaborative clinical culture that celebrates authenticity and professional growth Your Role Provide individual and/or couples therapy to clients from diverse cultural, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation within 48 hours. Deliver evidence-based, culturally responsive therapy (CBT, ACT, MBSR, trauma-informed care, etc.). Collaborate with other clinicians, supervisors, and community partners to ensure holistic support for clients. Participate in team meetings, clinical supervision, and professional development opportunities. Qualifications Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensed or license-eligible in NH and/or MA (LMHC, LCMHC, LICSW, LCSW). Pre-licensed clinicians welcome — structured, supportive supervision provided. Commitment to social justice, cultural humility, and inclusive care. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
