Our practice is deeply rooted in the communities we serve. We step in where the need is greatest, partnering closely with local agencies to provide care for patients being discharged from hospitals, individuals in nursing homes and shelters, DCF referrals, and court-mandated cases. You will join us at our Braintree center just 1 to 2 days per week for face-to-face supervision, interdisciplinary collaboration, and high-acuity interventions. Remote Execution:
