We are seeking a part-time to a full-time therapist to join our amazing team providing counseling services to clients. We are a multi-specialty practice that works with high functioning adolescents, adults, couples, and families with a variety of issues in a private practice setting. Ideally, we are looking to hire fully licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Applicant must be willing to see clients both in person and via Telehealth. You must be licensed in Alabama! Sharp Wellness is a private pay practice and utilizes an employment model with compensation based on a percentage split for billable hours, as well a monthly commission.
