Job Description

We are seeking a fully licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services to patients via telehealth in Oregon. This role is 100% remote and offers scheduling flexibility, administrative support, and a clinically focused work environment.

The ideal candidate is independently licensed, comfortable delivering virtual care, and committed to timely, compliant documentation and patient-centered treatment.

Required QualificationsActive, unrestricted Oregon licensure in good standing as one of the following:

Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)Ability to practice independently (no supervision requirement)Experience providing psychotherapy services to adults, adolescents, or childrenProficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)Strong documentation skills, including timely completion of notes and treatment plansAbility to maintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable state/federal regulationsPreferred QualificationsPrior telehealth experienceExperience with Medicaid, commercial insurance, or value-based care modelsExperience treating a wide range of behavioral health conditions (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use)Bilingual skills (preferred but not required)Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual (and optionally family/group) therapy via secure telehealth platformConduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plansMaintain accurate, complete, and timely clinical documentation in the EHREnsure compliance with Oregon regulations, professional standards, and payer requirementsCollaborate with care team members as needed to support patient outcomesMaintain professional licensure, CE requirements, and credentialing status recblid 2ksv4g6i20hty7n3boq652ukqwgdtt Not Specified
