Job Description

Lansing Counseling PLLC is currently seeking a fully licensed counselor to add to our group! We are a small private practice located in Okemos.
Primary Role:
Provide counseling / psychotherapy services to adolescents, adults, and couples/families. What you'll bring: Fully Licensed in the State of Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW), or Licensed Psychologist (LP) Clinical experience with treating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma, and life adjustments in an outpatient mental health setting Able to provide individual therapy to adults and adolescents Able to provide couple counseling services Willing to see 10-25 patient appointments per week Interest in working with diverse populations What we'll bring: W2 fee split - 60% of collected revenue 401(K) match program Health Insurance for staff with a full time caseload Hybrid work environment Patient referrals All administration services including billing, credentialing, intake coordination, and administrative support Case consultation support You'll be a part of a small and diverse group of clinicians Please send your resume and cover letter to: tim@lansingcounseling.com
