Position Overview:
We are seeking a licensed or independently licensed psychotherapist to join our growing private practice. As a part of our team, you will enjoy the benefit of setting your own schedule and managing your own caseload. Key Responsibilities:
Provide therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and/or families via in-person or telehealth visits. Maintain accurate and timely client records in accordance with ethical standards. Collaborate with supervisor, other therapists and office staff, when necessary, to facilitate client care. Participate in ongoing professional development to keep current with best practices and ethical standards. Maintain requirements associated with an active mental health license.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field. Active state licensure (LPC/LPCC, LISW, LMFT, Psy.

D., Ph.D.). Competency in evidence-based therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc.). Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload. Familiarity with utilization of telehealth platforms.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with diverse populations and a wide range of mental health conditions. Specialization in areas such as trauma, anxiety, depression, couples therapy, and/or child/adolescent therapy.

Generous remuneration based on percentage of gross monies received from insurance reimbursements and client collection. Our rate of compensation is above market value.
