Working with individuals with substance use disorders Individual counseling Interdisciplinary behavioral health coordination Full Job Description We are hiring part-time and full-time licensed therapists to join our team of healthcare professionals! We are a local healthcare provider providing substance abuse treatment to communities throughout New Mexico. Remote, In-Person, and Hybrid positions available. We have seven on-site locations to choose from in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Santa Fe, Espanola, and Taos. Fully remote work is also available for those not living near a location. Ideal candidates have experience as a substance abuse counselor, behavioral health counselor or clinician, addiction counselor, psychotherapist, therapist, rehab counselor, or mental health professional. Staff members enjoy a collaborative, professional team environment. Training and ongoing educational experiences offered. Gain clinical knowledge, engage with clients in meaningful therapy, and impact the Albuquerque community in a positive and significant way. It is the therapist's role to help guide clients in their journey towards recovery from addiction. In addition to individual monthly sessions, the therapist will maintain quarterly treatment plans, refer clients to outside programs as appropriate, and assist the client with navigating his or her course to recovery, and work with a multidisciplinary clinical team.
