Inner Light Counseling Services is an established outpatient private practice of 19 years and is looking to grow and expand and we want you to be the newest member of our team! We are a group of skilled clinicians devoted to helping members of our community behaviorally grow and change. Our team will foster professional growth by providing knowledge and support with individual and group supervision. We are seeking a full-time, 32-40 hours/week Counselor to provide Behavioral Health Assessments, Individual and/or Couples Counseling to adults and adolescents to assist with improving their lives and overall well-being. This position offers a salary upon initial employment with the option to transition to commission pay once client caseload is established and consistent. Our agency is staffed with professionals to manage billing, scheduling, and office management so that counselors can focus on providing quality counseling services to our clients. Requirements include being independently licensed in North Dakota as a LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMAC, or LMFT. Inner Light Counseling Services will provide new client referrals, online marketing and advertising, individual consultation and support, an administrative assistant to answer phone calls and schedule clients and provide reception services, an EMR, and an EHR to facilitate medical billing services with insurance companies as well as clients. Common areas of treatment include trauma, couples counseling, depression, anxiety, adjustments, relationship discord, codependency, grief and loss, dual diagnosis, substance use disorders, behavioral issues and impulsive control disorders. Counselor will be required to see a minimum of 25 clients per week, complete paperwork, network with other providers, and provide necessary mental health services to clients.
Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic assessments Provide individual, couples and family counseling within their areas of competency Develop treatment plans at the onset of treatment Coordinate care with providers outside of our agency Compile medical records and charts Work collaboratively with other staff and personnel Complete session progress notes and other necessary written records Utilize office equipment and computer software Maintain confidentiality of private client information
Education:
Master's Level Education with
LAPC, LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LMAC or LMFT North Dakota Licensure Qualifications:
Must have a valid driver's license and access to their own vehicle transportation.
