Job Description
Position Overview New Leaf Peer Support LLC is seeking motivated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist Candidates (LPCC, MFTC, or SWC) to provide outpatient therapy services under the supervision of a Licensed LMFT. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates working toward licensure who are looking to gain hands-on clinical experience in a structured and supportive environment. Responsibilities Provide individual therapy sessions (45-60 minutes) Facilitate group therapy sessions Complete clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, assessments as assigned) Collaborate with peer support staff and program managers Maintain compliance with Medicaid and documentation standards Participate in supervision and team meetings Supervision & Support Clinical supervision provided by a Licensed LMFT Ongoing training in documentation, workflows, and systems Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth Compensation Competitive compensation based on experience and structure Flexible hourly / contract / partnership options available Opportunity for ongoing collaboration and program growth Competitive hourly or per-session rate (based on experience) Opportunities for growth and increased caseload About Us New Leaf Peer Support LLC provides structured outpatient support services focused on stability, independence, and long-term success.
