Charles, ILJoin Our Growing Team at Well Thinking Well Thinking is a growing mental health practice in St. Charles, IL focused on helping adults feel more grounded, supported, and connected in their lives. We work primarily with women, parents, professionals, anxiety, burnout, trauma, postpartum concerns, and life transitions. We're looking for a warm, authentic, and grounded therapist who values meaningful connection and wants to grow within a supportive and collaborative practice environment. We provide:

Consistent referrals to help build your caseload Administrative and billing support Paid administrative hours Individual consultation and team support Supervision support for pre-licensed clinicians Flexible scheduling Hybrid in-person/telehealth opportunities A calming, fully furnished office space What This Role Looks Like Provide individual therapy to adult clients Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in consultation and ongoing professional growth Build strong therapeutic relationships rooted in authenticity and compassion Qualifications LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW, or LMFT in Illinois Pre-licensed clinicians eligible to practice under supervision are welcome to apply EMDR trained or interested in becoming EMDR trained Comfortable using EHR systems and technology Reliable, organized, and professional Schedule Expectations To support client demand and caseload growth, clinicians must be available for: Two evenings per week, OR One evening and one weekend day weekly Remaining scheduling flexibility is available based on clinician preference and client needs.

Compensation Pre-licensed clinicians:

starting at $30

• 45/hour Fully licensed clinicians: starting at $50
• 65/hour Additional paid administrative hours and growth opportunities available.
